Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 30 or more days before departure, the advance amount is non-refundable, but no additional charges apply.
  • If cancellation is made between 29 to 20 days before departure, 30% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made less than 20 days before departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged with no refund.

What's Good: We recently undertook an 8-day, 7-night journey with Travellers Paradise to Bhutan and Darjeeling. The tour was exceptionally well organized and thoroughly enjoyable. My family and (Read More) I fully appreciated the experience. All arrangements made by the company were outstanding, particularly the services provided by our driver and guide, who were remarkable. What's Good: We liked the arrangement from the agent. My guide and the car was at the airport in time and all the time they were prompt in any kind of service. Few locations were good. The iten (Read More)ery was not planned well. It was a waste of time for some sites.
What's Not Good: We should have been informed about other locations from central Bhutan, which we came to know from our driver.
