Day 1 Transfer from Chandigarh to Narkanda

  • Transfer to Narkanda by cab.
  • Visit Shimla and Kurfi which is en route to Narkanda.
  • Places covered include Green Valley, Kufri (a very famous ski point), and Kufri Fun World (an amusement park to enjoy).
  • Check-in to the selected hotel.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, leave for Sangla.
  • Visit attractions like Rampur Bushar, Teranda Mata Temple and Karcham Dam which lies en route to Sangla.
  • Check-in to the selected hotel.
  • Do a short trek to Kamru Fort.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, visit the Batseri village.
  • Head to Chitkul and explore the town.

This is my second time traveling with Aaltacus. One as a bigger group to Spiti and the second one as a family trip to Kashmir. Both were amazingly organized. Dinesh has been an excellent host on both (Read More)the times. Stays in contact all through the trip, addressing any doubt/concern you have. Choice of stays have been amazing all throughout. Some of the hotels chosen had amazing views too. Budget friendly trips with good decent stays. Above all, the drivers provided have been excellent guides too. Will definitely do another trip soon!
