Q. is this place can be visited tomorrow i.e, 28 july 2018.. because I heard that this is closed because of heavy rains. please respond ASAP.

Actually there is no such heavy rain till today. But it depends on nature. You should check the atmosphere on google before trekking. And also please trek as early as possible.
