Stretching over a hundred meters this central park is home to several exotic plants and trees along with fountains. It is ideal for nature lovers and provides many beautiful photographic locations.
The Hidirlik Tower located on the western side of the park was built in the 2nd century BC by the Romans. Today it offers magnificent views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Besides, the park is also fraught with statues, some of which include the statue of Don Quixote, Frog and Hand sculptures, and the monument dedicated to the Nazim Hikmet, a renowned poet. Near the entrance of the park, there are a few places for snacks, beverages, and coffee. You can also walk to the harbor directly from the park.
