The museum is hidden inside caves and tunnels beneath the Guray Ceramic showroom and is divided into three main sections.
The antique works hall features ceramic artwork and pottery belonging to the late Chalcolithic period, the Bronze Age, the Iron Age, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman Periods. Meanwhile, the modern works hall inside the museum houses works of world-renowned contemporary and traditional ceramic artists trained in Turkey. The museum also has an art gallery where artists from all fields of Fine Arts, including drawing, painting, sculpture and photography, can present their artwork. The gallery also has an exhibition hall, a library, a cafeteria and a lounge area with a fireplace. For those who want to take a closer look at Turkish artwork, the museum also holds workshops where you can try your hand at spinning clay. The family that teaches pottery at Guray Museum has been doing it for five generations and offers their artworks for sale to visitors. Other contemporary exhibitions and concerts are also held at the museum.
