The largest church in Thailand, the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception is a Vietnamese Roman Catholic church for the minority population of Chanthaburi. It was constructed by the Vietnamese in 1909. It has a Gothic architectural style. There is a large statue of Virgin Mary in the front where locals are seen to offer flower garlands and incense.
