The Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre is a performing arts center in Colombo. The theatre’s state-of-the-art architecture resembles an eight-petaled lotus flower inspired by Polonnaruwa's Nelum Pokuna (Lotus Pond). The building features two permanent theatres - the main auditorium, an open-air theatre, and an additional open-air theatre on the front steps.
In addition, the theatre boasts an ultra-modern auditorium with 1,288 seats, a library, and training studios.
