Colombo, the commercial capital and largest city of Sri Lanka has some of the world's best Scuba diving and snorkeling spots. There are many spots for scuba diving in Colombo which include wrecks of big Cargo vessels and small boats, that have now become home to colorful marine animals, thus making the spots popular for snorkeling and diving.
Depth: 29mA Maldivian cargo vessel that sank during the southwest monsoon storm in 2009. It is present on the sea bed in Mount Lavinia, Colombo. It is now a home to many grouper fish, tuna and moray eel.
