Splashdown Water Park, Goa Overview

One of the coolest water parks of Goa, the splashdown waterpark has 5 pools, a variety of rides and flumes that makes it popular among tourists especially families and children. The first to be built in North Goa, the Splashdown Waterpark offers total merry-making for everyone in the hot summer days. Housing a gorgeous resort, the waterpark gives you a fantastically luxurious and comfortable vacation.

One of the offbeat, yet, famous attractions in Goa, Splashdown is located just 10 minutes away from Panjim and 10 minutes away from Mapusa. Moreover, it is also close to Calangute, which is one of the most popular beaches in Goa. The rides and facilities at the park will ensure that you and your kids have a great time gallivanting the day off!

Timings and Tickets

The waterpark is open on all days for the whole year between 10:30 am to 6:00 pm. To enter the waterpark, you need to pay the admission fees which includes all the rides except food and drinks. The admission fees also exclude the rent for the locker, the swimwear, towels, sunbeds and the new ride named Gliderman. As of now, the tickets prices vary according to the height and to the time that the person joins the fun of the park.

According to the height then there are four categories- Junior (height below 4 ft.), General (height above 4 ft.), Senior (with a senior card), and Spectator (who is not allowed into the pool). The admission fees vary accordingly-

Junior- 420 INR
General- 520 INR
Senior- 420 INR
Spectator- 350 INR

However, the prices decrease if you enter after 4:30

Junior- 370 INR
General- 440 INR
Senior- 370 INR
Spectator- 310 INR

Packages and Bookings

The Splashdown Waterpark is a perfect place for you to have group outings, corporate groups, birthday parties, family reunions, and club get-togethers. The price per person generally remains the same as the admission fees but if you have over 20 people with you, you get a 5% discount on the admission fees.

For food and drinks, you need to contact the restaurant. It is suggested by the waterpark to opt for a waiter if you have over 25 guests. For a waiter, advance notice must be given and you need to pay 500 INR for the waiter. For a party, a shaded cabana is booked according to the number of guests. You need to pay extra for the party entertainers, invites and decoration. Remember all the prices are subject to changes.

While enjoying your time at this wonderful waterpark remember to follow certain tips that will make your experience more relaxing.

Do away with all the distractions including all your gadgets to enjoy your time without any care at this ZERO STRESS ZONE.
Follow all the rules. Use garbage bins for throwing all garbage. Always wear the wrist bad provided to you at the time of payment to show that you are eligible for the ride.
Make sure you wear well-fitted Lycra or nylon wear to the rides. If you don’t have one you can either buy or rent it from the store available in the park. Any other kind of cloth with zipper, embellishments or any kinds of jewellery is not allowed on the rides.
Follow the instructions provided to you by the instructor to avoid any injuries. Have a look at the safety instruction poster at every ride.
Do not take food to the park as it is not allowed. The park has its own food and drinks counter.
Keep a track off your wristband and the locker key. The park authorities have a right to evict you if found without a wristband and would not be responsible for the lost locker key.
