Showcasing the history and culture of Vietnam's Champa and Da Viet eras, the Hoi An Museum occupies the compact, unrestored Quan Yin pagoda built in 1653. The museum is on the second floor, containing relics spanning 2,000 years, such as fascinating photographs of local architecture, ceramics, pottery, ancient bronze temple bells and gongs, old coffins, paintings and more.
