Dr. Seenivasagam Park is located in Negeri Perak and is a prominent recreational park for the people in the city. The main highlight of the park is the Japanese Mini Garden that creates an illusion among visitors that they are actually in Japan.
The park was opened to the public in the 1950s and is named after Dr. Seenivasagam, a prominent politician. The park also features lakes that have beautiful concrete bridges on top of them. Apart from its natural beauty, it also features a gigantic bamboo thicket and a playground for small kids. The D.R. Park, as called among the locals, also houses the Lions Monument and a time capsule.
