Eflatun Pınar Hittite Water Monument, also known as Plato's Spring, is an ancient Hittite water monument located within the borders of Sadıkhacı Town in the Beyşehir District of Konya Province, Turkey. Nestled inside the Lake Beyşehir National Park, it is a well-preserved Hittite water system and a UNESCO site. The site includes a large rectangular pond, roughly 34 by 30 meters, and a prominent relief wall standing about 7 meters high with detailed carvings of gods, goddesses, and hybrid creatures.
The carvings on the wall provide insight into Hittite mythology and cosmology. Additionally, several sculptures of reclining animals, including lions, deer, and bulls, were found in the basin, adding to the site's historical richness. The central feature is a relief wall depicting a divine couple, possibly the storm god Tarhunna and the sun goddess Arinniti. Horizontal water channels parallel to the pool wall illustrate the advanced plumbing and water technology of the time. The site is located about 22 km north of Beyşehir town and approximately 85 km west of Konya. Visitors can drive or take public transportation from Konya to Beyşehir, followed by a short drive or taxi ride to the monument.
