You will not get to see snowfall in April in Manali. The exact dates of the opening of the Rohtang Pass have not been decided as yet for this year, but it usually opens around mid-May.

Late March is not ideal if you're looking to find snow over there. Snow season typically ends by March first week, but if you're lucky, you might catch a day or two with snow as well.
