Haller Park in Bamburi, Kenya, is a must-visit for animal lovers. It used to be a quarry wasteland but now it's a thriving nature park with lots of plants and animals. You can walk around and see giraffes and other wildlife, and don't miss the chance to feed the giraffes.
The park has various sections, including a game sanctuary, reptile park, fish farm, crocodile pens, giraffe viewing area, and palm gardens. Visitors can see a range of animals like hippos, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, smaller mammals, and many bird species like eagles, storks, and kingfishers. One notable resident was a 130-year-old tortoise. Visitors can enjoy observing the animals and birds and also have the chance to feed the giraffes.
