The Independence Brewing Company serves no other alcohol but beer on tap. You will be tempted and drawn to the place with its range of 10 beers on tap varying from light to dark with a few Nitro beer options as well. The signature beers that they serve include Belgian Wit (Biere Blanche) made with intense citrus fruitiness, vanilla and honey notes with a silky smooth, little sour finish and Hefeweizen which has the typical banana and vanilla like flavours with a slight hint of cloves. In case you like your beer hoppy and tangy, you can try their masterpiece and bestselling Four Grain Saison. This amazing beer is made from barley, wheat, rye and oats with a dash of plum and pear like fruitiness and peppery phenols.
