The Hudson River Greenway is the longest in Manhattan (3.2 miles) and it offers a beautiful view of the Hudson River and New York City. It stretches from the Bronx down to Battery Park at the south peak of Lower Manhattan.
It is perfect for sightseeing around New York. You can rent a bike from Central Park Bike Rental and cycle all along the pathway. You are suggested to buy a day pass instead of a single ride or half an hour pass if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing.
The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is located near 12 Ave & W 40 St station on the greenway and costs $33 to visit. One World Observatory is a short walk from Chambers St station and is another famous attraction on the Hudson Greenway. The greenway is also dotted with eateries.
Hudson River Greenway is one of the best greenways in NYC to go cycling, jogging, or just take a stroll.
