The Morgan Library & Museum, New York City Overview

The Morgan Library & Museum formerly known as Pierpont Morgan Library, the Morgan Library & Museum is open from Wednesday through Sunday from 10.30 AM till 5 PM, except Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.

One hour from opening is reserved for members on Wednesdays and Saturdays while in Christmas, the library closes at 4 PM. There are Free Friday programs from 3 PM till 5 PM while the general admission cost is USD 22 for adults, USD 14 for seniors aged 65 and above, USD 13 for students and disabled visitors and free for caregivers of disabled visitors and kids aged 12 and below. This facility in Murray Hill of Manhattan is listed on the U.S National Register of Historic Places and acts as a museum, library and research center.
