USS Midway Museum, San Diego Overview
The USS Midway Museum is a historical naval aircraft carrier museum in downtown San Diego, California, at Navy Pier. You can experience the adventure and glory of the USS Midway offering great activities and fun for the entire family aboard. The museum encompasses the aircraft carrier midway. The ship features an expansive collection of Aircraft, most of them built in Southern California.
The museum also embraces Jet shop, the gift shop, and Cafe 41, the cafe (opening expected in 2021).
The admission is free from any charge for Children (5 yrs & below), Active Duty Military (with valid ID), Active Law Enforcement (with valid ID), Active Fire Fighter (with valid ID), and Reservist. Also, Midway Members are welcome aboard any time for free just bring your membership card. There is no dedicated parking lot available here. The parking area is located on the Navy Pier, and charges are about $10 - $20 (subject to change on special events). No RV parking is available.
