Tuy Hoa is primarily known for farming and fishing, so it plays host to some of the best seafood in Vietnam. The riverfront area is lined with numerous stalls that serve a variety of steamed, fried and sautéed seafood, including various kinds of fish, clams, crab, lobster, etc. You may even find the occasional stall selling chicken or pork. The town has a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Most of the restaurants are small and nondescript and have been around for ages, managed by the same family for generations, and have perfected the dishes.
