Miguelete Tower, Valencia Overview

The Miguelete Tower an iconic symbol of Valencia, is the bell tower of the city's cathedral. Visitors can ascend the tower's 207-step spiral staircase to reach the summit, where panoramic views of Valencia and its surrounding landscapes await. Along the way, you'll pass the bell chamber, housing the famous "Miguel" bell, after which the tower is named.

Constructed between 1381 and 1429, this Gothic-style tower stands approximately 51 meters (167 feet) tall to the terrace, with a total height of 63 meters (207 feet) including the belfry. Its octagonal design and prominent position beside the cathedral's main entrance make it a focal point in Valencia's historic center. The climb, though steep, is manageable for most and offers a unique perspective of the city's layout, blending historic and modern elements.
