Grossmunster Church is one of the four main churches in Zurich, and it was designed in Romanesque style. It is located in the city center and has twin towers called Karlsturm. A small museum onsite showcases Roman cultural artifacts. You can climb the Karlsturm Tower for breathtaking views of Zurich's old town, Lake Zurich, and the Alps in the distance.
With carved medieval columns, Ornate bronze doors and grotesques, the building of the church is elegant. There is a botanical garden at the front end of the church that is decorated with ornamental plants having cultural importance. Do visit the crypt that has 14th-century murals and the chapel that is sophistically decorated with stained glasses at the end of the church tour.
