Arizona or more commonly called the Grand Canyon state, as the name suggests, is fl with breathtaking canyons and indigenous wildlife. Located in the southwestern border of the United State, the striking landscape of the venue makes for an awe-inspiring experience. The vibrant canyons of the Grand Canyon sculpted by the ancient Colorado River create enchanting hiking trails that makes one come back time and again.

The land of canyons is never short of adventures to pursue. The dramatically twisted sandstone walls of Antelope canyons are another impressive feature in the deserts of Arizona. The land although dominated by a desert climate is rich in its unique flora and fauna that are carefully preserved in several national parks around the city. Amidst spanning arid regions of the state, the idiosyncratic beauty of Havasu Falls and the carved out bathing pools by the Havasu tribe is an exquisite venue to mellow out. The urbanized cities of Arizona, jutting out of the desert land are far from arid in its beauty.

The capital city of Phoenix with its hiking trails, golf courses, museums, shopping centres, and excellent dining ventures make for a pretty good base. The city of Sedona is a great hiking and biking destination apart from the scenic drive along Highway 89A. Arizona has some quirky towns that entail the history of old mining communities through withered buildings and reconstructed museums. Amidst beautiful deserts and mountain ranges, the odd towns of Jerome and Bisbee are an offbeat tourist attraction.

Besides all the thrilling experiences, Arizona has some great history to share too. The museums of Tucson tell tales of Arizonian arts and culture. The beautiful city embellished in the desert of Sonoran and surrounded by mountains also has great hiking trails to explore. About 60 miles southeast of Tucson is the historic Tombstone city, made even more interesting with staged gunfights and people in period costumes roaming the streets.
