Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar | Srinagar Sightseeing Tour

Welcome to Srinagar! Upon arrival at the airport, get transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for a while. Then, get transferred for a sightseeing tour of the city. Begin with a visit to the ancient Shankaracharya Temple, followed by the historic Pari Mahal. Continue your tour at the Mughal gardens—Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi—where you can admire the vibrant flora. Later, get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Transfer to Pahalgam | Pahalgam Sightseeing Tour

Today, you'll be driven to Pahalgam, a beautiful town called the 'Valley of Shepherds.' Upon arrival, check-in and relax for a while. Later, get driven to the Pahalgam Union Cab Stand, and from there, take a cab (at additional cost) to explore Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood movie 'Betaab,' & visit Chandanwari, where snow-clad mountains create beautiful scenery. You can enjoy rafting at the Lidder River. Later, head to Union Cab Stand, and our driver will wait for you and drive you to your hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3 Transfer to Gulmarg | Day at Leisure

Check out of your hotel in the morning and get transferred to Gulmarg. Then, get driven along the Lidder River, which offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. Upon arrival, check-in and relax for a while. You can visit Seven Springs, celebrated for its natural beauty, and discover the Maharani Temple, known for its beautiful carvings and peaceful atmosphere. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Scenic Drive to Sonamarg | Meadow of Gold

After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." The distance of 83 km will be covered in about 2½ hours. Sonmarg lies in the Sindh Valley, filled with flowers and surrounded by mountains. It is also the base for some interesting treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes. In the evening, return to your houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 Departure Day

In the morning, check out of your hotel and get transferred to Srinagar Airport/Railway Station for an onward journey back home. This marks the end of your trip.

Taking this opportunity to share my very first review in google. Would like to convey my big thanks and appreciation for Mr. Syed (Battuta travels) whom I came to connect through a travel portal. Righ (Read More)t from the onset, Syed ji helped me design a well customized Kashmir tour package based on my requirements and budget scoping. Having an indepth knowledge and good networking within the Kashmir valley, Syed ji made a well suited itinerary which was comfortable in terms of a balanced mix of relaxation, enjoyment and fun. The choices of suggested hotels were very excellent. My family of seven members enjoyed the hospitality of all the hotels we stayed at Katra, Pahalgam and Srinagar respectively. In one of the hotel stays we had a minor issue where hotel folks were not activating the room heater facility for us. I reached out to Syed ji and within a few minutes he personally spoke with the manager and ensured that the heater issue was addressed promptly. I would recommend Battuta travels very highly for his professionalism and personal engagement throughout the tour. For the commute part, he had provided a very good driver (Haider bhai) who was very helpful and courteous. He made the whole commute part look so comfortable and easy. He provided a few good tips and guidance on the trails and tourist places. Thank you sir on behalf of my family. Will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances for Kashmir tour plans, if any.
