Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Dehradun Arrival
  • Meet and Greet for Chardham Yatra Charter Services – Arrive in Dehradun, the main base for heli-tours. Our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
  • Hotel Stay – Check-in, relax, and refresh yourself.
  • Welcome Dinner & Briefing – Attend a welcome dinner and a detailed briefing about the Chardham Yatra.
  • Overnight Stay – Stay at a hotel in Dehradun.
  • Flight to Kharsali Helipad – Morning flight from Dehradun’s Sahastradhara Helipad to Kharsali Helipad, the gateway to Yamunotri Temple.
  • Trek to Yamunotri Temple – Embark on a 6-kilometer trek, which can be covered on foot, by pony, or by palki.
  • Darshan & Return – Receive darshan at Yamunotri Temple and return to Kharsali.
  • Exploration & Stay – Spend the rest of the day exploring Kharsali.
  • Overnight Stay – Stay in Kharsali.
  • Flight to Harsil Helipad – Fly from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad, a scenic destination.
  • Drive to Gangotri Temple – Enjoy a 22-kilometer drive through lush valleys and dense forests to Gangotri Temple.
  • VIP Darshan & Pooja – Special VIP darshan arranged with assistance from a Pandit ji.
  • Evening Aarti & Sightseeing – Attend the evening aarti and explore nearby scenic spots.
  • Overnight Stay – Stay in Dharali or Harsil.
  • Flight to Sersi Helipad – Early morning flight from Harsil Helipad to Sersi Helipad.
  • Heli Ride to Kedarnath – Continue directly to Kedarnath via the same helipad.
  • Short Walk to Temple – A 500-meter walk (approximately 15 minutes) from the helipad to Kedarnath Temple.
  • VIP Darshan & Pooja – A Pandit ji will guide you for a special VIP darshan at the temple.
  • Return to Sersi – Fly back to Sersi Helipad for lunch.
  • Afternoon Excursion – Option to visit Triyuginarayan, Kalimath, or Vishwanath Mandir.
  • Overnight Stay – Stay in Guptkashi, a peaceful town on the banks of the Mandakini River.
  • Flight to Badrinath Helipad – Depart from Sersi Helipad to Badrinath Ji.

Other Details

  • Pilgrims should carry only handbags, as suitcases cannot be accommodated in the helicopter. We recommend using the Operator Aviation travel bag.
  • All temples in Chardham are situated in high-altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle for precaution, available at medical shops.
  • Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. If there is a discrepancy in the weight at the time of travel that exceeds the aircraft’s weight capacity, the passenger will be de-boarded and the Helitour will be canceled without a refund.
  • In adherence to COVID-19 guidelines, all necessary measures issued by state and central governments must be followed for the safety and health of all pilgrims.

Terms and Conditions

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry only one bag with a maximum weight of 3 to 5 kg in the helicopter.
  • Operator Aviation travel bags will be provided. Excess luggage can be stored at the hotel cloakroom.
  • Children above 2 years old will be charged a full ticket.
  • No concession tickets are available for children or senior citizens.
  • Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the journey.
  • If the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons, the journey will be rescheduled for the next available date, or the unutilized portion of the journey (Rs. 20,000/- per Dham per customer) will be refunded.
  • Rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side will be treated as a cancellation, requiring a fresh booking, subject to seat availability.
  • Passengers weighing over 75 kg must pay Rs. 2000/- per kg extra and Rs. 150/- per person for the shuttle from Phata to Kedarnath, payable directly.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the journey date.
  • Cancellations made before 20 days will result in a 50% refund; cancellations made before 15 days will result in a 25% refund.
  • Any extra services (food, beverages, etc.) ordered by the customer will be at their own expense.
  • Unutilized or partially utilized meals and services are non-refundable.
  • Pilgrims must adhere to the itinerary.
  • The company reserves the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • The customer must bear any additional tour costs in case of extended stay or travel due to unforeseen reasons.
  • The company is not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen reasons.

If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay the following cancellation charges:

  1. Up to 30 days before Journey: 30% of the amount
  2. Up to 20 days before Journey: 50% of the amount
  3. Up to 15 days before the Journey: No Refund
  4. No Show No Refund

I booked CHardham yatra trip From Royal Services and my experience was not Good. they changed Hotel at the end time in Haridwar & Badrinath. I had experience worst service in all hotels In Yamunotri h (Read More)otel we can't get Breakfast from hotel as Royal Service gave Promise for breakfast and dinner in every hotel in my package... hotel condition not good in yamunotri and than we was arrived at gangotri. gangotri hotel was good but there was only 1 staff on whole hotel. then we was arrived at kedarnath they promise to gave me hotel in phata but they booked my hotel before 4-5 km to phata and ther was not hotel there was a lodge. worst service food and rooms i received in lodge at phata then they gave me tent in kedarnath and there was a dead rat in tent. then we arrived at badrinath but we had stuck in traffic so we got late but they didn't changed my hotel at badrinath as they promised me that if we got late then they will changed my hotel location and get me hotel in where i am but at the end time they break ther promise same thing in rishikesh. i had to pay extra money for hotels and dinner in badrinath and rishikesh although both things was in my package. so overall i try to tell you guice pls don't book royal service and if you travel with family they will not understand your problem if u get trouble.... and ther was a two person that with i co ordinate and they provided me a worst service ever 1 Amit Pal 2 Komal Kithorya
