Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative will be waiting at the terminal, holding a placard with the traveler's name. The traveler will be transferred to the designated hotel. In the evening, a welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepalese cuisine will be arranged, providing an introduction to the country's food culture.
An early morning flight to Lukla marks the start of the trek. Upon landing, porters will be met, and final preparations will be made before trekking begins. The trail gradually descends to Cheplung village, offering a brief view of Mt. Khumbila, a sacred, unclimbed peak. The trek continues with a gradual descent until reaching Phakding for an overnight stay.
The trail passes through pine forests and Benkar Valley, crossing the Dudh Koshi River. After passing Chumoa and Monjo, the Everest National Park entrance is reached. The trail ascends steeply, leading to Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the Everest region, where an overnight stay is arranged.
The trek begins with a descent to the Dudh Koshi River, followed by an ascent through rhododendron forests to Tengboche. Clear views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku can be seen en route. Upon reaching Tengboche, a visit to the Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Everest region, is scheduled. Overnight stay in Tengboche.
The trail descends through birch, conifer, and rhododendron forests, accompanied by views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trek continues towards Pangboche, with a visit to Pangboche Monastery in Upper Pangboche. The route then leads through Imja Valley, across the Lobuche River, and ascends to Dingboche for an overnight stay.
A second acclimatization day is spent with a hike to Nangkartshang Peak, located just above Dingboche. The peak offers spectacular views of Ama Dablam in its entirety. Alternatively, surrounding villages can be explored. Overnight stay in Dingboche.
The trek continues along the lateral moraine of Khumbu Glacier, passing stone memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives during expeditions. After a steady climb, Lobuche, located at the foot of Lobuche Peak, is reached for an overnight stay.
The journey proceeds along the Khumbu Glacier, reaching Everest Base Camp (5,364m), offering close-up views of Khumbu Icefall. During the spring season, colorful expedition tents create a striking contrast against the glacier's rugged terrain. After exploring Everest Base Camp, the trek returns to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.
An early morning ascent to Kala Patthar(5,555m) is the most challenging yet rewarding part of the trek. From the summit, spectacular panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Chagatse, and Pumori are visible. After descending to Gorak Shep for lunch, the trek continues to Pheriche for an overnight stay.
A short and relatively easy trek leads to Chukhung Valley via Dingboche. Overnight stay in Chukhung.
The journey follows Imja Valley, passing Lhotse's moraines towards Pareshaya Gyab, reaching Island Peak Base Camp in the mid-afternoon. Overnight stay in tented camps, with meals prepared by a dedicated camping team.
The trek retraces through Dingboche, Orsho, Shomare, and Pangboche, crossing Imja Khola River before ascending to Tengboche. Overnight stay in Tengboche.
The journey continues downhill via Pangboche and Tengboche, following the familiar route back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay in Namche.
The final trekking day returns to Lukla, marking the end of the journey. This day allows for reflection on the trek’s achievements, with time to relax and celebrate. Overnight stay in Lukla.
An early morning flight to Kathmandu provides a final aerial view of the Himalayan ranges. Travelers may opt to extend their journey with additional tours or a jungle safari.
A buffer day is allocated for souvenir shopping, sightseeing, or any missed activities. This day is also reserved in case of flight delays from Lukla due to weather conditions. In the evening, a farewell dinner program celebrates the completion of the journey.
The trek concludes with an escort to Tribhuvan International Airport for departure. Travelers may explore nearby attractions if time permits before their flight.
