Day 1 Arrival in Singapore and Night Safari with Dinner (SIC)

Arrival: Arrive at Singapore Airport in the morning.
Transfer: Private transfer from Singapore Airport to the hotel.
Night Safari: In the evening, embark on the Night Safari (shared basis) with dinner.
Welcome to a world of nocturnal creatures at the Singapore Night Safari, next to the Singapore Zoo. The Night Safari is the world’s first safari park dedicated to nocturnal animals. Explore the jungle park on an open-air tram, catching sight of animals in their authentically recreated habitats. The guide will also take you on a walking trail to view some animals up close.

Day 2 Full Day Universal Studio (SIC)

Visit: Spend a full day at Universal Studios.
Who doesn’t love movies? If you're a movie buff, you’ll definitely enjoy Universal Studios, part of Resorts World Sentosa. The park features themed rides, entertainment zones, and exhilarating shows that will leave you awestruck.
Hollywood: Experience Hollywood Boulevard without having to travel to Los Angeles, as it has been authentically recreated here in Singapore. The New York Zone is another great replica worth exploring.
Far Far Away: Let your inner child come alive in the land of Far Far Away, where all your fantasies come to life. It’s a must-visit for those with children, who will get the chance to meet their favorite fairytale creatures.

Day 3 Morning Free, Afternoon at Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck and Gardens by the Bay (SIC)

Morning: After breakfast, relax for some time. And Head of a fantastic Afternoon Tour
Marina Bay Sands SkyPark: Visit this gravity-defying platform, one of the largest in the world. The 1.2-hectare SkyPark stretches longer than the Eiffel Tower, which is laid flat and large enough to park four and a half A380 Jumbo Jets.
Gardens by the Bay: As part of Singapore's "City in a Garden" vision, Gardens by the Bay spans 101 hectares of prime land in the heart of Marina Bay. It comprises three waterfront gardens—Bay South, Bay East, and Bay Central—and showcases horticulture and garden artistry, bringing the world of plants to Singapore and presenting Singapore to the world.

Day 4 Full Day at Sentosa Island (Fun Pass with Sixty Coupons, SIC)

Sentosa Island: Known as "The State of Fun," Sentosa has a fascinating history. Over a hundred years ago, it was a pirate hideout called Pulau Blakang Mati, or "the island where death lurks behind." It later became a British military fortress and, following the Japanese occupation during WWII, was renamed "Sentosa"—meaning "island of peace and tranquility."
Today, Sentosa is a beloved island resort renowned for its tropical beaches, luxurious restaurants, and exciting sightseeing opportunities.

Cancellation Policy

If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be forced to levy the following cancellation charges.
Full cancellation of flights and visa.
If cancelled 45 days before the date of travel, full refund will be given after deducting an admin-fees of INR 25,000/- for international travel and INR 10,000/- for domestic travel
Nonrefundable hotels / services will not be refunded
Apartment Cancellation terms will be intimated separately at the time of confirmation of the apartment
25% cancellation if cancelled between 45 to 30 Days from the date of travel
50% cancellation if cancelled between 30 to 21 Days from the date of travel
100% cancellation if cancelled within 21 days from the date of travel
In case of international travel, if the visa is denied only INR. 25,000/- will be charged as administration fees along with the visa fee &remaining will be refunded back to you. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
If airlines tickets are issued, they will be refunded within 30/45 working days as per the cancellation terms. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
Any refund by Cheque / Bank transfer only.
Once a train ticket is issued then in this case, amount is non-refundable.
In case the passenger cancels his trip during the tour, no refund will be given.
The passenger must make own arrangements for the return journey.

Vacations Madcap should be your Travel Partner for life. This was my first alone trip with my son and we went to Singapore. It was his second international Trip (his first international trip was also (Read More)done by Vacations Madcap). So, since we were travelling out of the country, I had to be extra sure with everything. I reached out to Radhika & Saurabh from the Vacations Madcap. They made our trip extremely hassle free. Everything from our tickets to visas to hotel booking, transfers & breakfast was taken care of. The property selected was absolutely safe. They tailor made the trip keeping in mind our interests. There was nothing that was left out in their itinerary. We covered all the tourist places in Singapore. I had given them a budget and they made sure everything was well within our budget. We booked our Turkey trip with Vacation MadCap and sadly this has been one of the worst experiences with a travel partner. I have travelled to various destinations with over 10 agency partners and thi (Read More)s has been the most chaotic and troublesome vacation experience. DeThe hotels booked were not of our preference and I want to highlight Cappadocia hotel experience, where the hotel was under renovation and the travel partner booked us that hotel even after requesting other better option. The hotel in Cappadocia didn’t have a restaurant and the there was no way we could we could lunch or dinner nearby. We had to travel to main city market which was 8-9kms away from the hotel. Imagine being in this state with 2 infants with you on a trip. The quotation of activities shared by the partner were way to expensive. Please see any example below: Hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia: Agent Price: ₹21,500 Klook Price: ₹13,500 Now you tell me, from where will you book an activity for 6 adults. Next example: The travel partners charged us ₹4350 for sunrise ATV tour. This tour lasted for 30 minutes only. Klook offers you a 1.5hr sunrise tour at ₹3000. Not only the price issue, when we faced certain issues during the trip, the travel partner stopped respnding to our messages and told us to talk to the local respresentative. He refused to acknowledge or even provide basic assistance to us. I never write such long reviews. But since this experience was so so bad, I had to share it online so that others don’t face similar within situation with them. I hope they don’t do something like this to others and spoil their experience. Adios!

Vacations Madcap was recommended to us and I see why!! We used them for 3 separate needs in India (airport pick up, one day of being guided in Delhi, and a golden triangle tour). Each one was made so (Read More)much easier and more enjoyable thanks to their services. Our driver for the golden triangle in particular was fantastic - Sanjay Tiwari. Our experience would have been so different if he hadn't been at the helm. His driving was smooth, and he was so concerned about making sure our comfort and safety were of primary importance.
