We can say that the value for money is excellent. This crossing is interesting enough and offers all the monuments to discover on the Bosphorus. If you wish, on board you are offered drinks and snacks (Read More) at an additional cost!!

We arrived at a square and they gathered us together with more than 100-200 people (from different tourist companies) as if we were a flock of sheep and made us walk twenty minutes to the port. The pe (Read More)ople on the street turned to look at us and even filmed us. We looked like a demonstration. When we arrived at the boat, it was very poorly organized. They put in way more people than it could fit and only those who have a chair near the railing can see anything. Most people have to sit in the center of the deck and they can't see or take photos because they block their heads. And they sell it to you as if there was a guide, but there isn't. There is a recorded explanation that they play over loudspeakers (in English) but you can't hear anything, the noise of the crowd doesn't allow you to understand anything that is being explained. A very bad experience, I wouldn't repeat with this company.

The meeting point is a tourist agency. A guide takes you to another guide who takes you to the boarding point. Wouldn't it be quicker to give the boarding point directly? The guide who takes you to th (Read More)e ship walks very fast (too fast) in the middle of the road (with cars and scooters whizzing by). If you have children, strollers or maybe elderly people it will be very difficult to keep up with them. We arrive at the ship which was practically already packed with people. They had put some extra plastic chairs on the upper deck where you could practically see nothing of the view. I go down to take a decent photo and go into the bow and a guy rudely stops me asking me for another 100 lire (about 3 euros) each to access that area where they had put about ten chairs in a single row. I decide to pay anyway (because otherwise the cruise would have been useless). Oh he also made the 6 year old girl pay... definitely not recommended. The ship was really overcrowded

Not at all, they overcrowded the boat so that people were cramped. It was terrible and you couldn't enjoy it at all because it was so cramped

It's a long walk to the port. Better to go from Eminönü. The people are too loud, there are so many that you can't hear the audio guide. 18 euros is too much and therefore not justified. Take the norm (Read More)al ferry from Eminönü to Kadikoy and back. You get more out of it that way. Just quiet Istanbul residents instead of crowing international crows.
