Very poor service. Failed to turn up at hotel for 8.30am pick up as agreed. And when spoken to, denied knowledge of pick up. Insisted that he had checked bookings up until 10pm the evening before. I h (Read More)ad booked 4pm the previous day. Could hear the provider laughing on the phone in response to my disappointment. I spent a lot of money traveling from the UK and with only three days in the city had booked in advance. This failure meant it ruined a whole day as all other booked require a 8.30am pick up. Very poor. Very unprofessional. Please avoid.

This was an amazing experience. Mev (apologies if I misspelt the name), our guide, was lovely and knowledgeable and made the tour that bit more exciting. We started the tour at the Pierre Loti hill wh (Read More)ere we had some nice views of the city and enjoyed a morning coffee. Then we went to see the Dolmabahce Palace which was impressive. After a delicious lunch, we took a cruise on the Bosphorus and saw the city from a different perspective.

They arrived at the hotel late for us and we walked 400m to get to the bus, then we picked up other people and stopped on the banks of the Bosphorus but nobody told us why, none of the people in charg (Read More)e of the tour spoke to us, when we asked they told us that we were waiting for another bus to pass us. We waited there for about 25 minutes, then we changed the bus and went to the dolmabahce palace, and there the guide Ahmed did not let us see the palace well, he hurried us and told us that all the rooms were the same that seeing one was fine because everything others looked alike. We did the tour of the palace in 20 minutes or less, when that palace is very large and full of history that we could not know. When the guide Ahmed was asked questions, he did not answer us in a good way and when he spoke he only addressed 3 of the people from the group They changed our visit to the spice bazaar for a leather store, without consulting us Lack of organization and they should improve the treatment
