Itinerary

We have booked 3 trips with you, 2 of them were sublime, unfortunately this one did not pick up such a good impression with us in the morning (comment that we had not booked transport, while in our op (Read More)inion everything could be done well with public transport, with a guide who knows the way?) sailed by boat (very cool), Hagia Sophia, topkapi palace) also good, we went to eat something in the afternoon and then the misery started, he took us into a carpet factory, which we liked to see in itself , but then they went on the first floor to show the Turkish culture, you can guess carpet one, two, etc. when I kindly informed that we were not interested in buying a carpet, he suggested to leave leather or gold kindly told him that we hadn't booked a guide for that today but that we wanted to see istanbul, he started that belgians normally bought good and that was important to him because he got % of that, didn't show us anything anymore

The guide was courteous and was certainly prepared as well as speaking several languages well. The sore point (too much) was that she was too hasty, often did not follow the visit with us and was too (Read More)interested in letting us visit the shops of her choice. For example, for the visit to the Cistern he let us in giving us brief explanations and then told us that he would pick us up at the exit! This doesn't seem professional to me. Another example, with the excuse of showing us how ceramics are made, he took us to a pottery shop in which we had no interest. This was also repeated with a carpet shop and despite having informed her that we did not want to buy anything, she introduced us to more shops (jewelry, ancient art, ...).
