Overcharged trips

What's Good: He booked tickets, booked taxi and booked hotel on time.
What's Not Good: went to tadoba recently through incredible tadoba and found that the trip was overcharged. They (Read More)do same as other agents do. First, book your tickets, appoint taxi with driver from nagpur and book hotels. We were 2 persons and he charged 62000 for 2 nights with 4 safaris after great negotiations. Other agents who do the same work around 45000 to maximum 48000 with same facilities. When I asked him why his charges are high, he promised a very luxurious hotel. However, he never informed me hotel name and Informed directly to driver. To our surprise the hotel was no better or even worst that others offered with charging atleast 15000 to 18000 more. My suggestion is if you are 2 or 3 persons your total cost should not be more than 45000 for 4 safaris and for 2 nights with pickup and drop at nagpur. These agents always overcharge. If you are upto 4 to 5 persons the total cost might rise upto 55000. There are many other agents who does same service as incredible tadoba does and they charge much lesser. So negotiate well. Otherwise, they will take incredibly more money from you.

In today’s world, it’s easy for one-sided narratives to be shared, assuming service providers won’t respond. However, we prefer not to comment on other travel agents, as we be (Read More)lieve they, too, are working hard to provide guests with the best value within their capacity.

At Incredible Tadoba, we take pride in offering transparent, high-quality services and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience. This commitment is reflected in all of our reviews, and we truly appreciate every review as it helps us improve our services and enhance the guest experience.

To clarify, when you first inquired, we presented several package options, including:
• Super Deluxe Cottage: ₹68,200
• Luxury Cottage: ₹85,800

These packages included pickup and drop from Nagpur, 4 safaris, a 2-night stay, and all meals (from lunch on check-in day to breakfast on check-out day). Since the Super Deluxe option exceeded your budget and the Luxury Cottage was not suitable for you, you requested a package under ₹65,000.

You then shared a resort you had found online and asked us for the package with that resort as an option. In response, we offered a package priced at ₹53,900. After comparing this with other options, you sought our advice, and we recommended the resort we initially shared with you but with Deluxe rooms.

This allowed us to keep the total cost under ₹65,000 while ensuring a comfortable stay with amenities like a swimming pool.

After discussing your preferences, you chose the Deluxe package for ₹62,000, and we proceeded with the booking and payment.

As you may know, pricing in wildlife tourism can fluctuate due to various factors, such as weekdays vs. weekends, the time of year, and how far in advance the safari is booked.

In Tadoba, prices can vary significantly between bookings made 120 to 60 days in advance and even under Tatkal (bookings made within 3 days of the safari date).

Additionally, resort costs can be dynamic, often changing due to blackout dates, holidays, and weekends. These factors all contribute to the overall cost of your stay.

Regarding the resort name, we shared it with you during our conversations when you inquired about a resort you found online. You asked about its type and category, and we provided the details accordingly.

Our team also remained in touch with you throughout your trip, addressing any questions, including information on zones and sightings, which you acknowledged, appreciated and even said that yes, this is helpful for you while planning your next trip.

It was only after your trip concluded you raised concerns about pricing. We do wish these concerns had been brought up during your stay so we could have discussed them in real-time and resolved your queries.

Wildlife tourism involves various costs, accommodations, transport, and safari arrangements, and we always strive to offer the best experience within your budget.

We truly value your feedback and will work to improve our communication moving forward. We will also ensure that all details are documented via email to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

It’s easy for narratives to be shared without full context, but we take pride in providing transparent, high-quality services and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

We had a last minute plan to visit Tadoba for Safari. I enquired with multiple tour operators but slots were full for Safari. Then one of my friend suggested Incredile Tadoba. I first interacted with (Read More)Nirav and he said he can manage Safaris for us. Without any delay I gave him the confirmation. The package included Nagur Airport Transfer, Accommodation, Local Transfer, Meals and Safari in exclusive vehicle. Me and my wife loved the our stay at Irai Resort. The hospitality was on point. The ambience, food and the team was amazing. We had booked 4 safaris in 3 days. Assumed it to be very tiring but it was refreshing and felt to extent our trip. Yogesh from Incredible Tadoba was in constant touch to ensure the trip was fine. He ensured we got early check and late check out. That was very kind of him. I highly recommend Incredible Tadoba to everyone who wish to plan a trip to Tadoba. Kudos to Nirav, Yogesh and entire team of Incredible Tadoba for making our trip so memorable.

Incredible Tadoba truly lived up to its name during my recent wildlife safari in Tadoba. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, leaving me with unforgettable memories. The proximity to the lake allowed us to witness a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. I was thrilled to see deer, wild boars, and bisons roaming freely, creating an immersive and exciting experience. Incredible Tadoba team is too good .Normally safari booking starts 120 days prior but I approached them only 60 days back still Incredible Tadoba team managed to arrange 2 safaris for us . Everything (Read More) was taken care of from cab to resort booking .Good arrangements .Enjoyed a lot Can trust them blindly

Absolute Value for money No hidden costs Greatly planned safaris Good choice of Hotels as per your budget..would definitely book other safaris in India through them as they do take bookings for other places other than Tadoba too… One of the owner’s / Partner’s of the Company - Mr Nirav is a genuine and Helpful guy who understands his clients need and gives options for booking accordingly instead of over charging the guests.
