Ms. Ohmehra Jan herself provided us a great package for Srinagar-Pahalgham-Sonmarg-Srinagar trip.
She customized our package based on our needs.
She used to call us daily to ensure we have reached all our destined locations safely, that was very sweet of her.
Wherever we find any difficulty she herself handled that matter and done the needful immediately. She herself visited our hotel for sorting difficulties.
She has considered our suggestions and has acted on them immediately and take note of those suggestions for future as well.
Hotel provided to us at Pahalgam (New Tulip) was great with scenic beauty, Staff there was very helpful and humble.

The owner Ms. Ohmehra is one exceptional woman who keeps on checking on us and making sure our every need is answered. When you are facing unfriendly weather conditions like rain and landslides, they are ready to give more than expected to help us see every part of the tour on our schedule and this comes with considering our safety at all times.
Their good intentions for our well-being and our relaxation were really touching. They were the ones who made us feel at home, as they opened their hearts to us and stayed with us through the whole trip, just like our family would have. Starting from Srinagar, then to the houseboat, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri , Pahalgam and every destination afterward, the trip was incredibly perfect and enjoyable.
