Asmat Ji, right from the beginning, took great care in planning every detail of our trip. They patiently listened to our preferences and made changes to the itinerary accordingly. Throughout the journey, Imtiyaz Ji was there to assist us at every step, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their constant communication, checking in with us multiple times a day, showed their commitment to our satisfaction and comfort.
One incident that particularly stood out was when we accidentally left a bag at one of the hotels on the day of our departure. Imtiyaz Ji swiftly arranged for the bag to be retrieved and delivered to us at the airport, saving us from a potential headache.
Given that we were a group of 6 adults and 3 children, we required two vehicles. Our drivers, Shakir and Ishfaq, not only drove us safely but also acted as knowledgeable guides, enriching our journey with their insights and recommendations.
