Trip to Maldives

I booked a trip to Maldives with them, I got a quote, had many questions, patiently answered all of them, updated the quote for competitive pricing after deals from other agencies. I paid, they booked (Read More) resort. So far per the reviews, booked suites are different my selected suites, why the first quote and second quote are different, because other guys gave smaller amout they also gave, not less price the villa will change that I didn't notice with small change in the name of the suite. I pack everything and go to airport, there I had to fill imuga registration, no prior information, I ask them they give a link, then transfers I was promised private transfers, no we aren't getting that they hop on and on different resorts, all had was to waste energy and time, go to resort and rest because I had nothing to do, that is what all day at leasuire means as they stated in quote, may mistake. Then early morning I forget all and try to do some non-motor water sports with full energy, not happening because I have to pay for them not included in my package, Yes I thought I paid for it, and these guys also say I paid for it, but resort says otherwise, okay I get ready for paying for water sports, stand in queue other guests booked it, I had a complimentary beach dinner, which I confirmed a day earlier with resort, atleast this was going right yay... I was served a cup rice and half cup channa dhaal, it was so good I wanted more, sorry that's all I get in beach dinner, okay let's pay and eat then, sorry dinner closed. Okay slept hungry, then next morning I don't even have drinking water in room, why am checking out that day so you don't get any water, buy a liter for 3$ pretty cheap for me man. Then back to airport I had to fill airsuvidha, I knew only from flyers not these guys, so did a plane full of people, only handful of passengers knew it had to be done bcz their agent told them. I reached home, asked an invoice copy of my payment, after two weeks I get "

We have agreed to give you a water bungalow and for the same, we have confirmation from your side on mail on which you have given GO AHEAD so don't fake it, please.
Secondly, all of (Read More) the issues which you have mentioned for which we have no role, we provided you stay and transfers according to your requirement, the resort was chosen by you.
The new rules of COVID-19 were told to you before your departure and everybody has to follow that so if it takes your mind then we are very sorry.
Although we provide you our best service but then also you are disappointed then we are really sorry for that.
