My name is Sravan Kumar, and I recently booked an Amarnath trip with your agency, represented by Sajid and Tawhweda Altaf. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the s (Read More)ervices provided during the trip.
Initially, the trip was promised to include accommodation at a 3-star hotel with AC facilities, and we had specifically requested a 12-seater bus with a knowledgeable guide. However, upon arriving at Jammu airport, I was shocked to find the bus in a dismal condition, and the driver seemed unfamiliar with the route and itinerary. This lack of professionalism and cooperation from the driver only heightened our concerns and made the journey uncomfortable.
When we finally reached the hotel, it was disheartening to discover that it was a one-star property without proper lift facilities and non-AC rooms. This was completely contrary to the agreement we had made, and I was stunned to learn that AC rooms would not be provided as initially promised. Despite raising my concerns with your travel representative, the response I received was unresponsive, and I was left with no choice but to personally search for alternative hotels nearby. It was truly disheartening to experience such a breach of trust.
Furthermore, I must highlight that the travel agent provided misleading information about the darshan process at Amarnath, leading to confusion and frustration during the pilgrimage.
Overall, the entire experience with Suleiman Travels was far from satisfactory, and I feel let down by the services provided. As a customer, I believe that transparency, honesty, and adherence to agreed-upon terms are essential qualities in the travel industry.
I am reaching out in the hope that you will take my grievances seriously and address them promptly. I kindly request a fair resolution to the issues faced during the trip and seek an explanation for the significant discrepancies between the promised and delivered services.
