We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Travel Menu. It has been a truly pathetic experience. We urge others to obtain a proper written agreement, complete with a signature and stam (Read More)p, from Travel Menu before engaging with them. The staff members are highly unprofessional and consistently demonstrate a casual approach when dealing with customers. Despite availing of their tour package, our overall experience was dreadful.
The tour manager, Mr. Hemant, proved to be grossly unprofessional and lacked the necessary experience for his position. The frequent changes in hotels and their failure to adhere to their commitments were deeply frustrating. To make matters worse, the hotels provided lacked basic amenities such as towels, soap, and other essentials. Shockingly, we were even charged for water bottles, which should have been complimentary. Despite raising multiple complaints, Travel Menu has refused to acknowledge their mistakes or take responsibility for the issues we encountered.
It is disheartening to note that Mr. Hemant consistently provided their management with false feedback to conceal his own errors. This highlights a severe lack of integrity within the company's operations.
As a group of 31 individuals, we are collectively dissatisfied with the service received. It is evident that Travel Menu prioritizes monetary gain over the emotional well-being and satisfaction of their customers. We entrusted them with our pilgrimage, not a mere picnic, only to be deceived. The commitments they made were not fulfilled, leading us to question their sincerity. We believe that Baba Bholenath and Badrinarayji would not forgive such actions, as Travel Menu has callously toyed with our beliefs.
Amidst this unfortunate situation, we acknowledge that one positive aspect was their ability to make quick changes and rearrange the tour plan. However, this does not absolve Travel Menu of our numerous other grievances.
We insist on a proper investigation into our concerns, accompanied by a timely response and resolution. It is our hope that Travel Menu genuinely values its customers and will take immediate action to rectify the situation. Failure to address our concerns satisfactorily will compel us to seek assistance from consumer protection organizations and share our experiences through online reviews and social media platforms.
