    Clean, very comfortable bed, good size room. Flexible when contacted about change of departure time due to unforeseen circumstances which was very helpful.

    Love how clean, comfy & safe it was during our stay there. Easy to check in & check out. Most of the amazing things, the bus stop just in-front of the property. Easy to go the town by bus less than 10 minutes

    Big room and ceiling height. Good quality bed .
    We stayed at Room no 2 . Electric kettle was quite the small one , we were quite annoyed by windows either it was diffcult to lock or.it could not be locked.Small windows were not completely covered by drapes. Bathroom fan was very noisy.

    Stayed for two nights with our nearly two year old baby. We liked our room as it was spacious and it was enough to fit travel cot in. Bed was large and comfortable.
    Unfortunately our car was damaged ( rear bumper got cracked) while parking outside the hotel so our whole stay was ruined. And right on Christmas eve. So it would be helpful if hotel got CCTV to help with our enquiry.

    The room was beautiful and clean great facilities.very central a 10 minute bus ride princes street would definitely stay there again xx
    That there was no staff .not that I had a problem but I wouldn't know how to get hold of any of If had an issue

    The room was little but clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the accomodation more if we had not been given this small room in the basement but it was also totally ok. It was quite cold at first but the heating quickly warmed the room. It is close to the city center but it is better to take a bus, the bus stop is right in front of the house. The check in and check out was really simple.

    Great accommodating hotel
    I liked how everything was set in place before we arrive, the room key was in a locker which I was sent the code for so could check my family in myself. What I really liked was that there was a cupboard with towels/toilet rolls/ tea,coffee, milk refills and an iron and ironing board to help yourself too if you needed them (the staff did also refill the tea and coffee in the room upon cleaning) I've never seen this before in all the hotels I've stayed in. Great touch. The hotel was clean and although it is abit far from the centre there are great bus links right outside with regualr busses. Would 100% reccomend.

    *Located on a bus route directly into Edinburgh *Veryyyy comfortable bed, warm and quiet room *Easy check in/ out
    *Upon entering the room, there was a dirty tissue on the floor near the skirting board along the wall from the bathroom *The WiFi signal seemed quite weak in our room (17, I think, was our room number - basement) *The bedside wall lamps had 2 different colours of light bulb (x1 yellow/ x1 white) *One of the shower handle fittings was broken/ missing * The shower temperature toggle was missing, and had a screw sticking out instead *The parking is limited to 3 spaces- but the owner was extremely helpful to provide free parking locations elsewhere nearby
