This place should be de-listed from Booking.com it's a complete scam.
I messaged the hotel if they had a room with two separate beds. Received a confirmation email that that they did via Booking.com. I booked the room at 3pm and arrived there at 4:30pm. I was then told by the receptionist that there was no such room available. The reservation made was clearly for two beds and they had already sent me a confirmation email that they had it. They said, "Oh well, sorry," so I left and found another place. But they charged me 160 anyway.
I called them, explained that they charged me for a room they couldn't actually provide. They receptionist told me to send a message using the form on their website, which, of course, bounced. After a month and a half of trying to get a refund from them sending emails, calliing, proving their own response of accommodation. Nothing. No response. This place should not be in business.
Also, I sincerely advise not using Booking.com to book hotels, same day. As many users have stated on travel forums, Booking.com works by commission (14%) and will always take the side of the hotel no matter how ridiculous the situation is. Their customer services reps are very nice but you'll never get your money back, even if you are not at fault. Live and learn.
