*****SCAM ALERT*****
To sum up our experience: Hotel price for hostel service, hidden fees, rude staff and annoyances.
This is a scamy company notorious among the local community. Reasons why you shouldnt book anything from them below:
i hated writing 1-star reviews, but since the staff threatened us to write one on us first (yes, they threatened to badmouth their client!), this review is inevitable.
Hidden fees that they try to scam you into: Nowhere in our email back-and-forths and their documents have stated the move-out time. So, you expect it to be 11am as thats the international norm. Youre fooled. The women banged our door at 10am on the day of move-out, asking us to leave. She insisted its written in the move-in guide. Its not. Then she tried to charge us 50 francs for moving out 30-mins late. Wow.
Rude staff: she unlocked the airbnb door herself and marched in without prior notice, talked loudly and never stopped, even when we started debating with her whether the 10am rule is substantiated. Then, when we questioned what she said is valid, she accused us of not listening to her and behaving unreasonably and threatened to write a negative review about us.
She also tried to ask us to clean everything for her and give her our credit card for late-check out and not cleaning stuff. Imagine your hotel charge you 500 euros per night and ask to clean everything yourself, or else they charge you more fees.
Hygiene issues: lots of parasites are found inside the property, including mosquitos and flies. Make sure you bring enough insect dispellant with you.
Other annoyances about them that they wont tell you before you pay:
You have to collect the key at a location over 1km away from the property. Good luck if you have disability, or children/ heavy luggages with you.
they charge you taxes on arrival and they refuse to do it online. Instead, they insist on you visiting their office to do it. And, their office opens sporadically.
