Paying $1,129.00 wasnt worth it, a bit pricey for just fair facilities

The bathroom, the shower floor not level and the water is overflowing all over the bathroom is flooded. There is no Bathroom rugs. Missing some Kitchen stuff . Television got only few channels available and needs for upgrade with Netflix/YouTube/SmartTV. The swimming pool water is a bit dirty and SPA is out of order.

Disappointing

Amazing location.....

Great location. Good Price for time of year got what I paid for. Great location if you need a place to stay.

No onsite staff as such, Rooms bed was like a rock, upstairs neighbour must have been wearing combat boots and dancing the Lindsey hop all night. Random weird things in cupboards...Had to duck in the bath room as roof so low.

Enjoyable, but apartment lacked the little touches you get for example when staying in an AirBNB.

Loved all the communal facilities available - Indoor and outdoor pool, BBQ Facilities, Tennis Court. Within walking distance of beach, lake and Merimbula main street. Good showers. Large TV. Full size fridge.

Beds old and somewhat uncomfortable. Both son and daughter didn't sleep well. Lack of enough toilet paper, soap, garbage bags etc in unit for 1 week stay eg 3 garbage bags. This is a six person apartment, so I think at least 1 garbage bag per day would be appropriate! Stove so old (my estimate is 40y+) that it was unusable and is a health and safety hazard (plastic knobs get extremely hot when in use) - also needs a clean as burning smell when attempted to use it. Power point next to fridge literally hanging out of the wall (major safety hazard!!!). Plates were all mismatched and many didn't fit in the dishwasher. Dishwasher extremely small (1/2 size) and loud (cheap) - again, not appropriate for a 6 person apartment. Effort has been made to renovate this apartment but the owner/land lord very scummy with providing enough essentials for a 1 week stay. This would have cost them less than $10 and when we are paying $1000's of dollars to stay just seems cheap and nasty. It's the little touches that make a house a home and this unit didn't have any. Everything provided was cheap and not enough of it! Oh yes, and totally disfunctional bathroom sinks. Front screen door didn't close properly. Main lounge room lamp didn't work. Bath floor mats thin and tiny. Its a great apartment, but it needs some money put into it and some love and attention!

Exceptional

A great little basic apartment in a fabulous spot

This is our second stay at the apartment. The apartment is not a fancy apartment however it is clean, well-appointed in an excellent location and has a good set of basics you need - ample towels, starter kits of detergents, good set of kitchen utensils etc.

The bathroom is a little dated though the shower water pressure is excellent. The configuration of the laundry and bathroom doors does make it a little awkward to navigate, particularly if someone is leaving the bathroom and another person is dealing with laundry! It would be great if this apartment welcomed house-trained dogs.
