    The location was nice.
    The central heat made the room very warm. The parking gate did not work. Had to call reception each time to get in or leave the parking lot Received a notice of mini bar items that I need to pay for that I did not consume. The evening night club staff were very rude. Tried to charge me a fee to get in even though I was a guest at the hotel.

    A fabulous experience
    It was super in every respect. Rooms were well planned and very comfortable. Staff were super - very polite, good communication skills efficient and helpful at all times.The facilities were superb and the childrens playrooms were a great hit !

    This was my second stay in this hotel and I can say everything was perfect - clean and beautiful rooms and also the area of the hotel. Really nice staff and nice wellness and spa. I can only recommend it.

    Big hotel in perfect location with nice design and attention to detail.
    Location was just perfect. Huge, luxurious property with beautifully decorated rooms, with attention to every single detail.
    Breakfast buffet is huge, but lacks character and organization. Breakfast room is massive as well, more like a school canteen. Just one pillow for person on a bed - one extra was in a wardrobe so only one of us could use it. Rather small bathroom compared to the size of the room.
