    Lovely stay. Would come again.
    The hotel was beautiful in every way. Big spacious comfortable room. Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk and great service at the cocktail bar. Breakfast was great with so many options
    We loved this Hotel. We were however, disappointed with the steak in the Marilor restaurant, not as expected. We did point this out and the reasons why but this was not acknowledged. Nonetheless all other food within the Hotel was delicious.

    Only stayed for 4 nights but wish we were there longer. Zakopane is beautiful, especially in the winter covered in snow.
    Amazing hotel. Facilities were fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Adjoining restaurant was also incredible and the waitress who served us was able to give background to each item on the menu. Wonderful service!

    Amazing as always
    Great stay as always - we come back for a spacious rooms, delicious breakfast options and nice Wellness area. Additionaly, bar and restaurant selection comes with a price but worth it!
    Parking could have been situated better so guests with more expensive cars dont have to park under trees where it can be damaged.
