    Absolutely brilliant! We will be staying again .
    The reception staff are so super helpful and friendly! The parking was really easy . Normally in Benidorm it can because a nightmare trying to get a parking space but this was right outside the reception. Swimming pool was heated and the kids loved it !
    If I had to really nitpick the only things that could be improved would be the heat of the indoor swimming pool. It was borderline too cold . Also the breakfast didnt have any British sausages to go with the full cooked breakfast.

    We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is good value but more like a 3 star than a 4 star.
    The central location and the friendly staff The choice of food at breakfast
    The radiators were not working and the air con didnt heat the bathroom. The bathroom was chilly.

    Good value, good location. Would stay again.
    Excellent location. Nice exterior/interior of the hotel. The pool was good. Good value for money, and breakfast included. Room had a balcony and a fridge. There was a gym, we didnt have time to use it as we were there for only 1 day but normally I would.
    It was not possible to arrange an early check in, it would be good if you could arrange this even if there was a small fee to pay. We had to pay extra for shower caps to use the pool which we didnt know about/I have never experienced this before. The hot items at breakfast werent hot enough.
