Superb

I would not hesitate to book again.

Ideal location: car free street, 2 minutes walk to the Grand Place. Friendly staff The design of the hotel makes you feel like you are in one of Agatha Christie's novels. Coffee/tea free of charge (ask at the reception) Clean room.

Fantastic short stay for the Christmas markets

Location was amazing both being next to the church which makes it atmospheric and to enjoy the delights of Lille.

Typical French hotel ! one double room little small ! second double room was OK

Reaching with luggage by car not comfort , because of about 100 m distance from normal street. Passenger area street to be opened for unloading of luggage !

Central and convenient but not great value.

Friendly staff. Very central.

I had a very small room which was like a converted broom cupboard - you couldn't swing a cat, as they say! It wasn't value for money.

Comfortable, traditional hotel in the heart of Lille.

It is a comfortable, old fashioned in a good way, traditional hotel. The bedlinen was excellent, the bed comfortable and the staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good too. The location for those arriving by rail is excellent. You are in the heart of Lille, ideally located to explore the city and for onward travel. The cute old lift is fun. The staff work hard to make you feel at home.

There was an occasional damp, stale smell in the bathroom. No separate shower. There was some noise from the other guests arriving late one night. It is however a traditional older building, so quirks are to be expected, and the good things about this hotel outweigh the negatives.

Lovely, quirky, French style hotel in a great location.

Lovely quirky property in great location.

Rooms were lovely just on the small side, with limited storage space so moving around the room was difficult at times. Also would of been good to have an additional mirror which was not in the bathroom with two people sharing.
