    Great location, staff and breakfast
    Great location (close to La Place, the center of Lille) Great staff, they held our bags for us after check out to wait for our train, and also allowed us to stay in the lobby, much appreciated! Also nice breakfast.

    Lovely staff
    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to the old town (center).
    The rooms were very small, especially the bathrooms. I'm 6.3 110 kg and anyway i would move i would hit the wall or the shower cabin.

    Pleasant stay at an excellent location
    Very good price for an excellent location in the centre, 5 minutes from Lille Flandres station. Staff was very nice, and present 24h. The rooms were very clean and rather quiet. Breakfast was very good too.
    The table and light were limited in the room, one outlet close to the bed only, and the table light had no dedicated outlet. Ability to work in the room as I did in the morning was limited.

    Carpet in the bathroom
    The breakfast was abundant and good. The position is good: the hotel area is quite quiet and it is at walking distance from the chaotic center.
    The carpet on the bedroom's floor was horrible but it was even worse in the bathroom: it had stains all over and it didn't feel clean. The bathroom was also very small and it was difficult to move in it. The room was directly behind the door, so you could hear every sound in the corridor.

    Perfectly clean lovely cafe bar and friendly helpful staff always patient and polite. Great beds and easy to use keys and facilities
    Breakfast felt a bit crowded sunday 17 drc morning .... rooms a bit chilly especially in morning
