    Room was huge, great for families. Location was also centrally located and easy access to anywhere in the city.
    The building was old, but well maintained.

    Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good basic amenities: iron, ironing board, fridge, tv, wifi. Nice ambience outside area for breakfast - lots of greens. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Tanjungan Mall for leisure.
    Long wait for check-in, air-condition temperature locked & can't be adjusted (too warm), bathtub wasn't working, breakfast has limited changes for the consecutive days of stay, swimming pool wasn't fun for kids, windows not soundproof- could still hear loud prayers during sleeping hours.

    Room was very spacious with a good view of the city. Breakfast with plenty of choices in the form of food booths, which was very interesting.
    Cleaniess of room facilities could be improved e.g. table/desk top, sofa, trolley in toilet; dust and water stains were left unattended.

    Good place for short staycation
    Resort concept, friendly and helpful staff. They even keep your food if order from grab. Bed is large and very comfortable, had a good sleep!
    Breakfast option not so much and focus on local food only

    We are ok with the stay. I would say it is functional.
    I think the staff are very friendly. There is always a group of them at the reception and lobby to welcome us. They are all very friendly to assist.
    I think need to do some upgrade, a lot of things are very old and cleanliness not really up to standard and good to upgrade.
