    The Hotel Majapahit Surabaya offers an amazing and immersive experience with its fast check-in process and traditional welcome drink. As an All Gold member, I received a free room upgrade and complim (Read More)entary drinks. The prime location and nearby food stalls make it convenient with plenty to do. The historic tour was highly informative and enjoyable. The hotel has clean and spacious rooms, though breakfast food temperature could be improved. The staff and colonial ambience create a truly remarkable experience. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Surabaya.

    Great hotel!!
    Extremely close to a big mall and many restaurants, the hotel has two good restaurants itself, very clean room, beautiful garden and old-school decorations, very nice staffs. I left early for airport so the hotel has prepared A LOT OF FOOD for me! Just wonderful!

    Excellent location, easy access to major shopping malls. The hotel itself was a historic building, with plenty of beautiful photo spots at both in and out doors. The staff were polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and breakfast provided a great variety of choices.
    Some minor suggestions : room facilities were a bit worn out and cleaniess could be improved e.g. door, shower facilities, water kettle.

    The location is good. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool is good.
    We've been upgrade to a suits, but the bed sheet wasn't changed, full of foot prints and some disgusting blood spots. The other time we were assigned to first floor's room. There are so many mosquitos in the room, can't sleep. The Spa is quite expensive considering the quality.

    A really tranquil getaway within the hustle bustle of the city.
    It was peaceful despite being in the heart of town. Really beautiful too! We truly loved waking up to the view every morning. The staff were really nice, warm, friendly, and accommodating. Its also situated adjacent to a major mall.
    Since its located within a garden, the mosquitoes were inevitable. Nonetheless, there were electric mozzie repellents upon request.

    Overall a good place to stay in Surabaya
    Friendly and helpful staff. Central location near huge Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall. Historical and beautiful hotel buildings and gardens. Nostalgic furniture. Spacious room.
    Amenities a bit old. Few charging power points in the room. No USB-A or USB-C charging points in the room. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bathtub looks dirty. One Mosquito was found in bathroom.

    It was a pleasant stay.
    Room was super spacious and the gardens are very comforting. Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast - many dishes to choose from.
    Bathtub water - I chose this hotel because of the bathtub. The first 2 days were fine. The 3rd night, the bathtub water was brown color. As it was past midnight, I did not mention to the hotel but I kept the water in the bathtub. I hope the house cleaning noticed it and rectified the water pipe or whatever caused the brown water.

    Every part of our stay was exquisite. Located in the city centre of Surabaya, this colonial beautifully maintained with excellent staff was one of the best places we stayed in. The cherry on top was the food which left us speechless.
