No Hot water for a shower in Morning, receptionist was so rude it was beyond belief. Manager not available or not bothered, emailed to complain multiple times but no reply, The owner of this hotel really needs to see what type of employees they have. or they do but don't care

The bed itself was comfy with nice bedding

Fire alarm went off early morning with no explanation. There was no option to purchase breakfast. Room advertised was not room given. There was a leak in the middle of the night in my room and staff seemed unbothered. No checkout staff to report issues Parking was a nightmare Smelled of weed

Cheap and cheerful. Met our needs at short notice.

Room was a small double but adequate at short notice. Location great for bars and restaurants and easy access into town. Top floor room so it was quite quiet. Not sure what it would be like on a weekend. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities available in the room. Bathroom was clean and the hair/body gel in shower and at the sink was lovely.

Strong smell coming from bathroom during our entire two night stay. Smelled like ammonia. We had to have the window open at all times. I always strip the bed for the changeover staff to help them out before I leave. There was an old blood stain on one of the pillows and also a streak of blood on the mattress protector. I must stress that these were old stains and not fresh. Drink stains on walls where drink had been spilt.

Friendly hotel with an odd few tweaks would be better!

We stayed two nights. Staff were friendly and appreciated the fresh towels although the cleaners never got rid of our food wed placed next to the bin/ in the bin from the night before . The bed was made but not with fresh sheets too. I also noticed the windows were covered in mold like they needed a good clean too!

Clean an tidy very spacious rooms an shower was nice an hot also.

The fact fire alarms went off on the morning an everyone had to go to the assembly point. Also parking out the back wasnt the best as someone has hit our car overnight
