    Convenient, clean , comfortable affordable overnight accommodation.
    For a last minute booking it was what I'd expect.
    The grab and go breakfast didn't come with a hot drink. Unless you went back to the room and were able to make a drink with the limited provisions in the room. - there wouldn't have been any milk for a drink in the morning. It would have been far better if there'd been a coffee to grab and go with.

    Avoid Rooms Inn Newcastle - A Nightmare Experience
    Nothing!
    My recent stay at Rooms Inn Newcastle was nothing short of a nightmare. The torn curtains, yellow-stained beddings, and unkempt bathroom were a hygiene disaster. Adding to the discomfort, the heater failed to warm the room in winter. Despite complaining to Booking.com and checking out after just two hours, Rooms Inn refused any refund. The hotel's blatant disregard for cleanliness and customer satisfaction is appalling. In summary, while Rooms Inn may be cheap, the lack of basic amenities and a complete absence of customer service make it a place to avoid at all costs. Look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize your comfort and well-being.

    Great budget option.
    For 65, two nights mid-week with a cold carry out breakfast is exceptional value. Bed was large and comfortable, room the same. Shower big, warm and powerful. Staff were great, whole building clean and tidy.
    Tiny niggles, not negatives but information: No lift or dedicated luggage room - locked disabled toilet is used. Location is a 10-12 minute walk to the city centre, but there are busses and a car park. No hot breakfast option, but this is noted on the website. But honestly, for the price and what you *do* get, this hotel is excellent.

    Staff were lovely, rooms are basic but you get exactly what you expect for the price.
    Cheap, cheerful easy to find and park. Grab and go breakfast is no hassle and can be taken with you if in a hurry.
    Car park is a bit small but was manageable
