The property was well turned out, comfortable, bright, and had a view over to the castle on the closest beach and in the distance you could see the sea. The location was ideal, mid way between the town and the Praia Grande beach where we enjoyed a sunset drink at Escondidinho most evenings.
You enter at the top floor which is the living/dining room that goes through to a balcony that overlooks to the castle. The kitchen is large. There is a table with 2 chairs on the balcony where we had breakfast. If it was a larger group I guess this might be a problem but the dining table inside sits 6. You then go downstairs to the two bedrooms, each of which has an outside enclosed terrace. The 'back' bedroom terrace has chairs and plants, the 'front' bedroom terrace is a bit shaded. There are two bathrooms with excellent water pressure.
The parking is technically 'on street' but there is a kind of residents' parking area.
There is a great cliff top walk which you can start from the Praia de Molhe by the breakwater
