    Fantastic hotel. My children loved it and still talk about it.
    We stayed at the hotel for Christmas eve and was pleasantly surprised by the buffet organised. The hotel clearly aims at high standard and it was a nice surprise. The heated indoor pool was also heated after we mentioned it was too cold (though in the end we did not use it as my son got ill). This hotel also booked our Ha Long cruise at last minute. It aims at providing luxury services and though staff still needs to learn some hospitality tricks (like serving a Prosecco cold!) they are motivated and always smiling.

    Breakfast room is small for such a big hotel. Therefore it felt very crowded and we had to wait before we could enter.

    Excellent hotel.
    Excellent breakfast. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The facilities are wonderful. The rooms are well furnished with good amenities; mini kitchen, fridge, safe, hairdryer and flip flops. There is a spa and mini shop on site for any essentials that you may have forgotten. Food is available in the restaurant on the ground floor or in the Sky Bar on floor 30a which is accessed by it's own lift. Room service is also available.
    The food in the main restaurant was adequate and reasonably priced but it wasn't very hot. It was barely lukewarm which was a great shame and unexplainable as we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. We had food from the snack menu in the Sky Bar which was tasty. Unfortunately on one occasion we were waiting for over an hour for our food to be served. Eventually I asked when it could be expected? It transpired that they had served our food to another customer in error. Consequently we left hungry as it was too late for us to wait while they prepared the food again. An unfortunate incident as I can understand staff attempting to serve good to the wrong customer. What I can't understand is a customer accepting food that they hadn't ordered. Why would you do that? I highlight this, not as a criticism but just to make people aware of the possibility of this mistake happening. So, if you are waiting a while for your food, check with the staff sooner rather than later.

    Worth the price if you want to be in a quiet area in a beautiful modern hotel.
    Clean, modern, spacious, beautiful! There is a convenience store, restaurant, spa and bicycle rental connected to the hotel. Great breakfast buffet.
    Location is far away from the rest of Halong town, but its not the propertys fault of course. The indoor pool was COLD and not heated in December.

    We got the right room but incorrect view, but after enquiry they upgraded us and a late check out. Staff and spa was excellent. It is a five star resort and you get treated as such.
    Gardens and path to the sea is still under construction, but that doesnt effect the quality of stay.

    Great hotel in an awkward location
    The hotel is new, clean & has good facilities. Lovely outdoor pool, but squeezed between the two towers, so shaded at times. Very good gym. Social room with pool table & kids play area. Indoor pool on the top floor (quite cold water). Great rooftop bar. The ground floor restaurant (Soul Bowl) at the hotel was good but expensive.
    The location is a bit challenging as there really isnt anything around the hotel. Ha Long itself is a strange location with huge restaurants catering to coach tours only. [We did find a great restaurant called Nh hng Phng Nam (NH Ngc Phng Nam)]. Ordered room service one day as it was raining all day. Tiny portions & same price as Soul Bowl.
